What is my role in this team?
A leading digital media company was bought by a global advertising agency and integrated into the ‘mothership’. A year later the Managing Director was experiencing a great deal of conflict amongst the executive team. In her initial brief she commented that this was mainly down to one executive. Due to the historical strong performance of this person she did not want to single her out but rather wanted a team based process to help iron out the conflict. She did feel that there were some personality clashes on the team and wanted to use a conflict resolution model to ‘help sort them out’.
