When Jonah arrived from California to take up a senior role in one of Australia’s telecommunication organisations, he was quite clear about the nature of the turnaround needed. He had been given a crystal clear mandate from the CEO who hired him.
Six months later, Jonah admitted to his coach, the degree of change needed was far greater than anyone expected.
