Jed comes to executive coaching with over thirty years of corporate experience gained from a range of industries including Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunication, I.T., Airlines and Oil & Gas. He has held expat leadership positions in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
His contribution is grounded in Director level oversight of change management, organisation design, operational excellence, sales force excellence and human resources.
He particularly enjoys working with business leaders who have recently moved to a new role, organisation, country who are seeking to understand what they have inherited and what they can do to make their own mark and contribute to their new business.
The heart of his coaching is providing a structured framework for the rapid diagnosis, analysis and assimilation of the information required to help the leader understand the best options with which to proceed and how to minimise barriers along the way.
Jed has specific expertise in coaching business leaders of medium and large organisations, such as banks and multi-nationals to help them understand how to implement the strategies, processes and practices to dramatically improve the performance of their sales teams.
At a team level he works with teams on transformation journeys to high performance. Current and past team coaching clients include Optus, Binariang, St George Bank, BP, British Airways, Waters Scientific, Stockland and OCBC.
